The Dolomites Region Seiser Alm is a traffic-restricted nature reserve. Therefore, a general driving ban applies between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Our guests receive a driving permit allowing you to reach Hotel Steger-Dellai.

You can collect the permit on the day of arrival until 5:00 pm at the forestry station St. Valentin (on the road to Seiser Alm).

Alternatively, you may inform us a few days before arrival of the model and licence plate of your car, and we will send the driving permit to you by email in advance.

For a fee, we pick up our guests at the Bozen and Brixen railway stations as well as at the Bozen and Verona airports.

To confirm your booking bindingly, we request a deposit of 30% of the stay price.

In the interest of environmental protection, we aim to make our contribution every day. If you require bath slippers, they are available upon request at reception.

The hotel has two lifts, allowing easy access to all areas of the building. The public areas are completely barrier-free.
Two of our rooms are specially equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

Check-in is possible between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to notify us briefly.
Check-out is possible between 7:00 am and 11:00 am.

Breakfast: 07:30 am – 10:30 am
À-la-carte restaurant: Noon – 1:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Your four-legged friend is very welcome. In the room you will find a blanket and dog biscuits, which you are welcome to take home.

We will also provide insider tips for the best excursion destinations and walking routes. Upon request we provide water and food bowls as well as dog waste bags.

We charge €25.00 per day for dogs up to 10 kg and €40.00 per day for dogs from 10 kg upwards.

Please inform us of your dog’s weight when making the reservation.

Ski equipment can be rented at “K&K Sports” or “Sport Hans” in Compatsch (about 800 metres from the hotel) and can be delivered directly to the hotel.

You can order your ski pass in advance; it will be handed to you at check-in. Please enter Hotel Steger-Dellai in the “Abholung/Collect” field.

Day and multi-day ski passes are also available in Compatsch.

The cross-country ski pass can be purchased directly at the hotel or from the trail controller in Ritsch.

In winter it is mandatory in South Tyrol to drive with winter tyres. You should also bring snow chains.
If you arrive with a diesel vehicle, we recommend refuelling with winter diesel or antifreeze additives.

Yes, a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day applies, excluding children under 14 years.

One outdoor parking space is reserved for each room.
Garage parking spaces can be booked in winter for €15.00 per day.
There are two charging stations for electric cars in the garage, available for a fee.

Unexpected events may occur before your trip. With our cancellation insurance, you are financially protected.
If you arrive late, fail to arrive, or terminate your stay early, cancellation fees may be charged.
To avoid such costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

A baby cot will be prepared in the room. A kettle can be provided at reception. On request, baby food can be warmed.

We recommend the “Found & Send” service offered by Insam Express, which allows forgotten items to be returned quickly and easily. For further information, please contact reception.

The wellness area is open daily from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Please note that children under 12 years have access from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and must be accompanied by their parents.
Massages and treatments can be booked at any time at reception.
