The South Tyrolean specialties are served with our genuine hospitality, making each of the 4 courses an authentic experience. Authentic are also our game specialties - the game for this particularly fine South Tyrolean creations come from our own hunting grounds.
A major part of the Steger-Dellai gourmet half-board are the rich breakfast buffet with all kinds of South Tyrolean delicacies and the 4-course evening menu with raw vegetables and salads. South Tyrolean specialties can also be enjoyed without meat: every day we offer a tasty alternative for vegetarians. The highlight of the week is the themed evening with a special palate pleaser.

Our head chef, Francesco Cozza, was born in Germany in 1982 and grew up in the province of Salerno in Italy. In 2001 he graduated from the IPSSAR School of Gastronomy in Maratea. This was followed by instructive years of work in Campania, Tuscany, South Tyrol, Veneto, Friuli and Germany. In 2012 he returned to South Tyrol, where he deepened the culinary treasures of the region. In this way he developed the idea of a kitchen in which merge his Mediterranean origins and the many years of experience, that are expressed in our kitchen today.

With our gourmet half-board, we take you on a culinary journey of discovery. A rich breakfast awaits you in the morning. Tea and coffee, freshly squeezed juices, pure spring water and healthy products from South Tyrolean farmers give you the strength you need for your adventures in nature. In the evening a generous salad buffet awaits you, followed by a 4-course gourmet menu with traditional South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes. Our chef surprises you weekly with themed evenings, such as a Tyrolean evening, antipasti buffet or dessert buffet.
