From our natural kitchen

Arrive and enjoy yourself. The tables in the light-flooded dining room are stylishly laid out. It’s time to take a seat and enjoy our varied half board. The ingredients used by our kitchen team come from regional producers, and are carefully selected according to the season. The chefs work tirelessly on multi-faceted creations that combine and reinterpret traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with the lightness of Mediterranean fare.

From the garden into the kitchen
An exciting and varied gastronomic concept: the Steger-Dellai Hotel has a 500m² permaculture garden. Red beets, colourful tomatoes, purple carrots, and other ancient varieties of vegetables find a place there. Then there is the hotel’s own herb garden, which complements and completes our natural cuisine. The best thing about it: every day, at least one ingredient from the garden finds its way into the kitchen and onto the plates!

In the morning...

A good start to the day is particularly important for an exciting time on the Seiser Alm. The rich breakfast made of South Tyrolean quality products is the best prerequisite for this: freshly brewed coffee, various tea specialities, fragrant pastries, and crispy wholewheat bread, plus various mueslis, freshly prepared egg dishes, cheese, sausage, and ham specialities from local producers... Nothing more stands in the way of a successful day on holiday.

For dinner...

As enjoyable as the day begins, it also ends. The culinary delights range from traditional South Tyrolean dishes to Mediterranean cuisine and international creations. Particularly delicious and with the best ingredients, there is something here for every palate. The weekly themed evenings, where the chef takes guests on special culinary journeys, are a real highlight.
