Please note that children under 14 only have access to the Wellness facilities until 4.30 pm !

All listed prices are per person and day for stays of 3 nights or more.

The Steger-Dellai pamper deal includes:

• An abundant breakfast buffet
• 4-course à la carte dinner every evening with culinary delights from the Mediterranean and South Tyrol regions
• Once a week (usually at the weekend) our kitchen and service staff will surprise you with a very special treat for the taste buds
• Free use of our "Luxury of Relaxation" Wellness oasis

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 2.00 pm

Check-out: by 11.00 am

Please notify us if you will be arriving after 8.00 pm.

There is a general driving ban during the day in Seiser Alm. Our guests are given a special driving permit for their arrival and departure.

Payment

Cash, EC Card, cheques and all common credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club.

Dogs and Pets

We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning or repairs which may be necessary.

Please appreciate that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or in the Wellness and Beauty area (there is a separate snug lounge for guests who want to have their dogs with them at breakfast and dinner).

Special Room Requests

cannot be considered for organizational reasons.

Short Stays

Weekend and other short stays can only be booked at short notice (3 - 4 days in advance) and without any guarantee of the room category.

Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled up to a maximum of 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival without any cancellation charges. A charge of 30% of the total cost of the booked stay is levied if reservations are cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, 50% up to 2 weeks and 70% up to 1 week.

In the event of no-shows or premature departure, 70% of the costs for the period not used will be charged if the room cannot be rented to someone else.

Services not used during a guest's stay will not be refunded.

We must also charge 50% of the price if guests do not turn up for beauty and massage applications without cancelling well in advance (at least 24 hours before).

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Something can always happen before you begin your journey, but our cancellation insurance provides the financial security you need. If you can only turn up late for a booked stay at a hotel, or not at all, or if you have to depart prematurely, EU regulations stipulate that a cancellation fee can be charged. To exempt yourself from all fees and charges in circumstances of this kind, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance policy so that any charges incurred will be paid for you by the Europäische Reiseversicherung insurance company.
